I specialize in Microsoft based environments supporting Microsoft systems, Office 365, system deployments, troubleshooting various IT infrastructure, engaging with stakeholders, business analysis, and process documentation. Throughout my career, I’ve supported complex IT infrastructure. Managed Active Directory and network storage solutions. Expert in device administration, troubleshooting, and client support. Participated and lead end-end IT projects from planning and RFP’s to testing and rollout. Always engaged with project managers, system administrators, key stakeholders, and end users to ensure seamless transitions all throughout the project. Maintain critical daily operations and software upgrades. Overall I am a hard worker and a well-rounded IT Specialist.
What sets me apart is my ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams. I thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a strong focus on documentation, continuous improvement and collaborative support. I constantly learn new things and apply them into my workflow. My communication style allows me to be friendly yet effective, making sure everyone is on the same page and provide extra support where needed. Current Goals
I’m currently looking to transition into a new IT role where I can continue growing my skills in IT support, systems administration, network technologies, IT infrastructure, and system analysis.
